Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs
Depending on where in NZ you live, purchase before the below dates to receive your goods before Christmas:
South Island Rural: 19 Dec 2:00 pm (Thursday)
South Island Metro: 20 Dec 2:00 pm (Friday)
North Island Rural: 20 Dec 2:00 pm (Friday)
North Island Metro: 22 Dec 11:59 pm (Sunday)
These dates are guidelines given by our courier companies. If you miss these dates we will still be dispatching orders right up to Christmas Eve so there is still a possibility you may receive it in time.

Orders under $99 will encounter a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99.
The team here at Laine Home believes that the most exciting part of purchasing Homewares online is the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Delivery of your new homeware products are done with great care at Laine Home.
Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm NZST. If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries.
Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.
Most orders are sent by NZPost & are fully trackable. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is prepared by our warehouse team.
Please note: We have numerous warehouses around New Zealand that we dispatch from. If you purchase multiple items, it is possible that they might not all arrive at the exact same time. We will send you separate tracking numbers if you have purchased multiple items that are coming from multiple warehouses.
Please note, if you select Authority to Leave you are giving permission for the delivery driver to leave the goods at your address without obtaining a signature. By selecting this option, you are acknowledging that Laine Home and our delivery partners will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to items left at the address in accordance with this instruction. This means that if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged after delivery, you will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company or Laine Home.
If you do not wish for the couriers to leave the parcel unattended please ensure you select the ‘’Signature required’’ option.
NOTE: Some deliveries to Great Barrier Island and Chatham Islands may incur an additional charge. If an additional freight charge is required, someone from our team will contact you before your item is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, you are more than welcome to.
