This madoline will perfectly slice or julienne your fruit and veg exactly how you like it. It comes with four different blades, including a straight blade, wavy blade, small julienne blade and large julienne blade. You can also choose from four different slice thicknesses- 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, and 6.0mm. These stainless steel blades have a textured surface, which prevents fruit and vegetables from sticking as you slice. Once you have finished, simply fold up the feet and lock it for safe storage in your cupboard.
